There is no negligence. If I sell my gun store, and the new owners start selling guns to the mafia, am I responsible for that?

Anyone following this I think Ross's sentence should be commuted as time served and not 2 lifes insanity it is. I'm arguing that there is negligence and that is still condemnable.

I'm saying Ross should be commuted to time served but there was negligence in his direct knowledge that Silk Roads could be used to directly sell violence and murder for hire, and he poorly ran admins walked away from it kept it in his name and came back to it. He's no a Hero.

Like asking the question if a CEO is responsible for shitty safety conditions where people die. I'm pissing of the Ross cult. But that is my opinion it's not like I agree with the sentence, or his judicial process, because I don't, but the man is not a damn saint, sorry not sorry
