There is no negligence. If I sell my gun store, and the new owners start selling guns to the mafia, am I responsible for that?

Anyone following this I think Ross's sentence should be commuted as time served and not 2 lifes insanity it is. I'm arguing that there is negligence and that is still condemnable.

Are we talking about #FreeRoss? If so, he wasn't convincted for that, so it's a moot point.

I'm saying Ross should be commuted to time served but there was negligence in his direct knowledge that Silk Roads could be used to directly sell violence and murder for hire, and he poorly ran admins walked away from it kept it in his name and came back to it. He's no a Hero.

There was no mfh or violent listings on Silk Road! This If this was remotely true, don't you think the govt would have been the first to claim that to use it against Ross?! Please, please, don't spread misinformation. freeross.org/what-was-silk-r…

Also, academic studies directly contradict you. They found SR reduced harm and violence. And here's Curtis Green (who, unlike you, was on Silk Road):

Look having a hissy fit on someone that agrees Ross should have clemency and be free, but doesn't hail him as a Libertarian hero with reasons you know I stated, doesn't help your cause. Just turns people off of it more.
