There is ton of evidence that he did hire to kill but luckily it was a scam... I hope for clemency aswell but you cannot dismiss something like this when clearly you can see his intentions for those hits. #FREEROSS

Not only could the govt not prove anything, but when they dropped the allegations, they did so in a way that prevents them from re-filing charges on that accusation again. Learn about the case. Ross has always denied the allegations. From the only alleged victim ever known:

They dropped the charges as it would of been difficult to stick and they have him on other charges with better chances . Getting charges dropped does not mean it never happened. There is too much evidence that these hire a hitman issue was real. No hate on him I hope the best.

FALSE! Allegations from '13. Trial in '15. That was plenty of time to prosecute! Prosecutors don't just choose to ONLY prosecute NONviolent counts when they have real evidence for violent counts. That just doesn't exist, let alone in SDNY. Ask any attorney or prosecutor

If there had been any tangible evidence, they would have prosecuted Ross. Think! What you say makes no sense & that's not how the system works. So many have come to learn the truth about Ross's case, you should do the same. Don't be so gullible and believe media propaganda.
