The more I think about it, the more saddened I am about this whole @signalapp/@MobileCoin thing. I mean sure we all saw it coming, but I was really hoping they'd end up walking away before it was too late.
The new deadline for comments if March 29 and I encourage folks to file and focus on FinCEN's proposed crypto CTR requirement, which hasn't gotten as much attention as the counterparty identification proposal that was the focus of our objections over the holidays.

payment processors are 'just private companies'. from 2011 to 2015, they were pressured by the DoJ (via banks) to deplatform the (legal, if sometimes distasteful) industries listed below. private companies always exist in an inescapable political context.
Looking to avoid this ^ for my 2020 contributions. What exchanges are other @vandrewattycpa clients using for their IRA/401ks? Appreciate any recommendations. I don't think @RiverFinancial supports self directed 401ks, otherwise I would use it in a heartbeat.
I subscribe to The Economist to keep tabs on what the CFR propaganda machine is churning out. The reason for The Economist over others is because it is supposed to be one of the more "pro freedom" establishments....it's like they're not even trying anymore with this take my god.
