Going to start taking processed foods and soda out of shoppers carts at stores. I’ll inform them they can’t buy these because it weakens their immune system and likely to get sick. When they say they can eat what they want, I’ll tell them “it’s not about you it’s about others”.

They’re not vaccine passports. They’re movement licenses.

Are the vaccine passports going to be yellow, shaped like a star, and sewn on our clothes?

No. Thinking that everyone must be vaccinated is as scientifically flawed as thinking that nobody should. COVID vaccines are important for older high-risk people, and their care-takers. Those with prior natural infection do not need it. Nor children.

The past year has taught me that I've been walking amongst millions of dormant authoritarians my entire life... It just took the right conditions to bring it out. Scary.

No, Chainalysis is a free market response to demand from well capitalised clients: government authorities. The actual problem is Bitcoin privacy (or the lack thereof). This is the single biggest risk to becoming money bitcoin faces. It is not easily fixed and may never be.
Chainalysis wants to destroy your Bitcoin fungibility.

Why would they need to ban Bitcoin when they have successfully captured it.

Example: Samourai Wallet enables Stonewall (when possible) by default from the post-mix wallet, and allows users to easily send money to each other using private stealth addresses (PayNyms).

If something like that becomes a standard, we can (to some extent) disarm chain analysis companies and by that, governments.

It takes little effort from developers and users, the hardest part would be making people acknowledge the faults with Bitcoin's privacy.
