This programmer was just sentenced to 8 MONTHS for his role as a "key player" in the "creation & operation" of Silk Road. He was prosecuted in SDNY, just like Ross was. Meanwhile Ross serves 2 LIFE + 40 years without parole. Just INSANE. Praying @POTUS will do the right thing.

The programmer must have been a cooperating defendant (CD) to get such a light sentence. Likely got a 5k.1 and could even receive a rule 35 reduction shortly and go home. Likely held the keys to a lot of things and people..
