Freedom is the right to do what you damn well please and to take the consequences for it. If you think freedom is only about saving and not spending, you’re only understanding the tribulations of those in a position of privilege.
Freedom is the right to save your money and not be forced to invest it into a rigged game controlled by suits.

It was frustrating to me how Saylor spun his quote, this one talks about payments
The @NFL will stay a dinosaur until they push true innovation. Other sports leagues are already accepting decentralized currency payments for in-stadium services. It’s only a matter of time before all pro sports use the Bitcoin Lightning network as a payment rail.

I don't know Russ but people I respect think very highly of him. I am inclined to believe that he's more excited by the "fintech" aspect to payments such as solving issues of efficiency as opposed to censorship but I would love to see examples to show me otherwise.

He's prob referring to the fact that fiat dilutes people's savings which *forces* them to invest in inflated assets owned by elites, or to spend it. Spending is important and necessary for a healthy economy, but doing it by choice, not by force. Saving hard money fixes that.
